AT HHLA, we are committed to using new and existing technologies to improving efficiencies for our customers.  HHLA has several methods in place that allows customers to send patient-billing data electronically.

HHLA works with partners like CPR Plus, Rock-Pond Solutions and Hann’s On Software to create paperless solutions for transmitting patient billing data.

Using one of these methods of electronic exchange can reduce the amount of faxes and phone calls from HHLA and optimize your administrative staff’s time.

Eliminating the Yellow Card
With HHLA’s Patient Data Export, the nurses no longer have to fill out the yellow insurance information card provided in the Lab-in-a-Box®.   Once set up, the process only takes minutes each day.

Cost Savings
Not only do you save money by not requiring the field nurse to fill out the yellow insurance informational card, but HHLA’s Patient Data Export also reduces phone calls and faxes for incomplete or inaccurate information.

Patient Data Export supported by CPR Plus

Patient Data Export supported by Home Infusion Reports.
Home Healthcare Laboratory of America (HHLA) in conjunction with Rock-Pond Solutions has developed the HHLA Patient Data Export powered by Home Infusion Reports.  The patient Data Export provides a simple solution for electronic transfer of patient demographics including diagnosis, doctor and insurance information.

HHLA Patient Data Export powered by Home Infusion reports can be easily downloaded from www.homeinfusionreports.com. Once downloaded, installation is easy using the self installation guide. We’re here to help if you encounter any problems

Patient Data Export supported by Hann’s On Software.
If you use Hann’s On Software, your patient demographic and billing information can be sent to HHLA automatically. You can contact your Hann’s On representative or call HHLA's customer service at  1-888-522-4452  for more information.
