Fred McBee is leading the product development of Home Healthcare Laboratories of America. Fred has over twenty years experience in the clinical laboratory industry and in developing niche markets. He began his career with International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) where he started as a sales representative and quickly rose through the ranks to Vice President of Marketing. After SmithKline purchased ICL Fred went to Memphis to develop MedEpress, which was successful in servicing the emerging drugs of abuse market from a central location. Fred also gained experience developing clinical laboratory testing for the psychiatric market with National Psychopharmacology Laboratory and Princeton Diagnostic Laboratory of America. Then at LabOne, Fred gained additional experience servicing markets from a single location and did the original market research on the home healthcare market.

Sharon Hargrove joined HHLA as Laboratory Director in 2004. Ms. Hargrove is responsible for overall operations of HHLA’s lab and directs all accessioning and technical staff. Before joining the HHLA management team, Ms. Hargrove was the Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Esoterix. Prior to her work at Esoterix, Ms. Hargrove held several high level positions with Cytometry Associates. She received her Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the College of St. Frances, in Joliet, Illinois and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Ms. Hargrove is a member of the American Society of Quality Assurance and a member of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association. She has served on the board of the Tennessee Department of Health Laboratory Board, the Tennessee Medical Laboratory Personnel and Education Committee, and the Tennessee Medical Laboratory Peer Assistance Committee. |
