Using FedEx to ship Lab-in-a-Box ®

Schedule a pickup for your shipment.

To schedule a same-day or next-day pickup, you can either go to fedex.com or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.

1. Call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
2. Say "Return a package" when prompted, and indicate that you need to schedule a FedEx Express® Billable Stamp shipment.
3. When prompted for an account number, say "Billable Stamp" or "Third Party".
4. Indicate that you want to ship via FedEx Express.
5. Indicate that the package is ready for pickup.
6. Indicate pickup Zip Code.
7. Answer scheduling questions, providing name, address, etc. If asked, Lab-in-a-Box ®  kits weigh less than 2 lbs.
8. Make a note of your FedEx pickup number.
